This Week’s Plastic Surgery News: Week 3

In the past week, we’ve seen a lot of headlines highlighting the “new face” trend, but for some, it’s actually a new way to look like a celebrity.

This week, let’s take a look at what you can expect to see in the future of plastic surgery.

The ‘new face’ trend has been gaining momentum over the past year, but it’s been overshadowed by a slew of more traditional cosmetic surgeries, including liposuction, facial plastic and other facial reconstruction techniques.

According to Dr. David Schreiber, a plastic surgeon and the founder of PlasticFace, a website for plastic surgery professionals, the “beauty” of the new face is not in its makeup, but in the fact that you’re not wearing a wig.

“The wig is not the beauty, the beauty is in the expression,” he said.

“That’s what separates a beautiful face from a hideous face.”

For a celebrity who has lost a significant amount of weight in recent years, the transition to a new look is not a big deal, according to Schreib.

“People will be comfortable with that,” he told The Associated Press.

“They’ll be able to do whatever they want with their face, they’ll have the freedom to be themselves.”

But some celebrities have already expressed their displeasure with the new look.

Rihanna shared a photo of herself on Instagram in April that showed her face missing its usual makeup.

“I’m proud of who I am and what I’ve been able to accomplish,” she captioned the photo, adding, “I don’t have to worry about getting rid of my makeup, my makeup is in my hair and I have no reason to hide my face.”

Ahead of the 2016 Oscars, Jennifer Lopez took to Twitter to express her disappointment in the new trend, telling her followers that she was “sad” and “embarrassed” to be wearing a makeup mask.

“It’s time to start seeing people for who they are,” she wrote in a series of tweets.

“Just because someone has a different look doesn’t mean they’re ugly.”

While some celebrities seem to agree with Lopez’s stance, other celebrities have expressed their disapproval.

“Honestly, I think the beauty of the wig is what separates us,” Jennifer Lopez tweeted in April.

“No matter what you look like, if you’re an actress, you’re beautiful.

If you’re a model, you’ve got to be sexy and attractive.

If your a singer, you should have some fun.

But don’t try to hide who you are with a wig.”

On the other hand, Rihanna posted a photo on Instagram last year of herself wearing a plastic mask and saying she was happy to be a celebrity again.

“When I was young I didn’t have confidence, and I wanted to be different, and you see the difference in me today,” she tweeted in June.

“We are so proud of ourselves for embracing who we are.”

In 2017, Kim Kardashian West shared a picture of herself in a new makeup look.

“To me, it feels like a face mask, not a new face,” she said.

The trend has spread beyond Hollywood, as well.

In August, Kim said that she had been working on a new project for her reality TV show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and that she wanted to have a new style for her new look after seeing how her new friend Kim Kardashian-West looks in her new makeup.

While she has not been able yet to give her new looks a full reveal, she has shared that the new makeup is supposed to be as “beautiful” as her old look.
